    MCACUA Charity Drive 21st March 2008

During the Chinese New Year celebration recently, MCA Club Ukraine (MCACUA) had organized a charity drive,  and collected a total sum of 1500.83 Ukrainian Hrivnia through the selling of hand made Chinese New Year's greeting cards and Chinese Caligraphy.

From that amount of money, MCACUA bought several types of antibiotics and some other medicines which the hospital needed the most.

MCA Club Ukraine would like to thank Mr. Khiu Fu Lung and Mr. Jonathan Goh for helping to raise fund by drawing Chinese Arts. MCACUA would also like to thank Yoga Club for the donation.

We, the committee members of MCA Club Ukraine would also like to thank everyone for the support and donation given throughout this event.

Chinese New Year is a time of celebrating traditions and spending time with family and friends.

On 16 Feb 2008, the MCA Club of Ukraine (MCACUA) hosted a Chinese New Year Celebration in the Cultural Hall of Crimea State Medical University. MCACUA takes great pride in offering an entertaining concert that allows the Malaysian Chinese community in Ukraine to celebrate the arrival of the Year of the Rat with a unique event that brings together the best of Traditional and Modern Chinese music, artistry and culture.
